Everyday, let us learn to rule our weaknesses and sway them into strengths.
I believe that this is one way to spend time meaningfully and prepare ourselves for eternity. For the knowledge and skills, we are endowed with, will help serve greater purposes when they are nurtured and tethered to the eternal perspective. Even more so when they are bent entirely for the cause of the kingdom and Lordship of Jesus Christ. This ought to be the ultimate end to which all our efforts must be tethered to.
So we learn to rise above weakness of any form. In the name of Jesus, we say no to sin. We say no to pride. We say no to unbelief and fear…in the name of Jesus! Instead, we raise the banner of Agape, Hope and Faith.
We learn to find rest in the midst of the constant storms. We learn to convey authority under the Lordship of Jesus with our words. We learn to wrestle with fear and despair and keep them trapped beneath our feet…subdued by the authority of His sovereign Word. Glory to God!
O thank you O Mighty matchless teacher! You give us eternal instruction into all the ways of Life. Your tutelage in the school of the Spirit, has made us more than conquerors in this fallen world today.
It is you we bow down to in utmost allegiance. It is you we love – holding nothing back!
