Our responsibility of prayer towards them that are planting in the vineyard of evangelism is crucial… the laborers in the vast harvest fields of souls…
The more we understand our position of sonship and its attending responsibility for today, of ministering the gospel of Christ to all peoples in all spheres of the world….the more we shall embrace the truth of our priestly ministry, and greater will be the fires of conviction and zeal that blaze on our inside.
We would also come to understand our solemn responsibility of charting in prayer, the course of glory for all those saints who are the fruit of our labors in partnership with the Holy Spirit. As priests in the order of Melchizedek unto God, this place of intercession for such ones- until Christ be fully formed in them- is ours to bear. Selah
Our hearts may weigh heavy with this sacred responsibility….but Agape will constrain us. We will pour out our lives upon the altar of service and sacrifice in love to Him who alone is worthy: our Lord and master, Jesus Christ!
We will always thank God upon every remembrance of them; making entreaty to this end: that they continue to walk as they did when they entered the kingdom…in the light of the fellowship of the Gospel…completely yielded in obedience to the Holy Spirit! By faith…the undying, unerring, infallible, always “result-producing” faith of the son of God, we shall see the babes in Christ completely rooted and grounded in the surety of salvation…in its entire gamut!
For we know He is faithful; the One who has started this good work of salvation in their souls. And he is able to take it to completion…to bring it to perfection…to make all enter, having lived, into the fullness of the calling in Christ!
“ I thank my God upon every remembrance of you, 4 always in every prayer of mine making request for you all with joy, 5 for your fellowship in the gospel from the first day until now, 6 being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ;” Philippians 1:3-6
