Light is that which makes manifest. Ephesians 5:13 (KJV)
The ability of a man to see…and the shades to which a man’s eyes can differentiate reality is entirely dependent on the type of light bathing his world. The type of light is primarily determined by its source…and the ability of a man to use any light is determined by the kind of senses he is endowed with; spiritual or natural- and how well exercised these senses are. Selah
So we see then, that there is a light from the sun that bathes the physical world during the day and makes manifest a myriad of realities. Then there is, by comparison, the relatively inferior light reflected off the moon; which also reveals realities at night – limited by the might of its source.
Then we see also, the light from all the natural wisdom of man – of which science is the champion in our age. Which light seeks to make all physical knowledge known and pursues the dream to make man triumph all things as he discovers more knowledge…
Then we see Jesus Christ! We see the light commanded in the presence of the King of Kings… its brilliance unparalleled by any other!
His is the superior light that makes manifest to our hearts the reality of the Fatherhood of God; the reality of the fallen world of Adam, the reality of that unseen spiritual kingdom of light to which we belong and from which we ought to function.
In Christ, we see the reality of the full load of the divine weight of glory and power!
In the second man Jesus Christ, we see all that God is and possesses.
We see, as we ought to, in all the hue and nuances of divinity…in all the gamut of the spectra of infinite wisdom. It is only in Jesus Christ that all of reality can be seen, reckoned and truly received.
And as we bask relentlessly in His Light, we are seized by the purity of its beams…we radiate the same in our countenance…we make known to men the splendor of the Light of God unveiled in the face of Jesus Christ…we make known to all the will of the Father…even that all may come into fellowship in the Son and embrace, in the Light, the Fatherhood of God!
Glory to God!
