1 John · Exegesis of Light

Chase those fears & worries away

There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves torment. But he who fears has not been made perfect in love — 1 John 4:18

Glory to God!

For God is Love!
He does not minister fear. All the knowledge of God, as it is revealed in Christ, is fragranced with the aroma that “there is no fear in love”. This fragrance is also the indelible watermark of we, the Lord’s children. We always work propelled by His Love: always strengthening and not paralyzing …always building up and not tearing down….always lifting up into the more sublime heights of revelation! Selah

This is the undeniable hallmark of revelation into divine truth: the “liberty of the sons of God”! It comes with unashamed boldness to stand before His presence and breathe in all the boundless supply of His Grace! (Hebrews 4:16 — Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need). Glory to God!. This is the how our infirmities are striped off and replaced by the much more pleasant fruits of the recreated spirit.

The agency employed by the divine Teacher is Agape. Fear is not God’s method. It is not His way. Fear is not the instrument of God, Love is! For it is the supremacy of Love that always wins against the inferiority of fear; Love is of the Light….it is stronger and greater than the fear. Let us remember: “Love never fails”. Love shall always triumph. Love always wins!

Therefore, let us awaken to and be consumed fully by His Love. Let us command fear “Be disabled!”.We shall not be under the reign of fear in any sphere of our lives! Let us remove ourselves from its domicile and cast away all the trinkets it once cloaked us with. For fear is torment-it is not of God!

Dearly Beloved, Be lifted and perfected in Agape…stir yourself up and out of the slumber.
Awaken to His Love and walk in the boldness of the child of God- without fear!

Selah
