Annals of the Kingdom – IV

Continuing from yesterday….

But it is given to us to discern and understand.
We, who are the called, and chosen and faithful!
The backdrop is eternity. The all-seeing eyes of the Anointed One peers through infinite layers of time…what does he see?

He sees the pre-Adam world fallen by the judgments issued out from the mouth of God. This was the world to which the court of heaven had made Lucifer, the covering cherub, sit on the throne of its heaven. This was the end of the first heaven in which the earth was ruled by angels. This was the end of Lucifer’s favor before the eyes of the Eternal King.

The attempted mutiny left in its wake the utter destruction of the earth realm… as it is recorded; “…the earth was void and without form”. Thus it is writ of his casting down and subsequent imprisonment by darkness in the realm over which he reined….it is writen:

“Hell from beneath is excited about you, To meet you at your coming; It stirs up the dead for you, All the chief ones of the earth; It has raised up from their thrones All the kings of the nations. 10 They all shall speak and say to you: ‘Have you also become as weak as we? Have you become like us? 11 Your pomp is brought down to Sheol, And the sound of your stringed instruments; The maggot is spread under you, And worms cover you.’ 12 “How you are fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! How you are cut down to the ground, You who weakened the nations! 13 For you have said in your heart: ‘I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God; I will also sit on the mount of the congregation On the farthest sides of the north; 14 I will ascend above the heights of the clouds, I will be like the Most High.’ 15 Yet you shall be brought down to Sheol, To the lowest depths of the pit [Isaiah 14:9-15]

Let the child of God, trained in the language of divine prophesy, see and understand the depths this scripture sounds. It speaks of the fall of a sovereign ruler; a fall that binds him in the prison house into which he had personally incarcerated rebels; a fall that brings him into the chains of hell. It speaks of the fall of the angelic monarch Lucifer! This scripture is writ in the same page of the annals as that seen in Jeremiah 4: 23-28.
