1 Peter · Exegesis of Light

….but the Word of the Lord endureth forever

But the word of the Lord endureth for ever. And this is the word which by the gospel is preached unto you. [1 Peter 1:25]

The Word of God is forever. Its nature is eternal. It is not subject to the decaying ravages of time. It is not subject to death. It endures forever. Unlike the evanescent nature of Adam, the man born of God carries in His spirit this same characteristic of the Word of the Lord…His spirit is designed to live eternally. The new creation is created and made to live eternally unscathed by the entropy of time or the decay of death. Selah

This is the Word of the Gospel. This is the good news! That life and immortality is within the reach of all men today! That the Gospel has made available true immortality to all of the stock and scion of man.
Immortality not as the fables of Greek deities recount it…cloaked with a caveat that makes them subject to death…No! The Gospel of Jesus Christ offers true immortality in the life and nature of God!

To connect to this blessing…a man must simply be born again. A person must see the Gospel in all its towering heights…in all its soundless depths…and believe into the Lordship and Kingdom of Jesus. The Gospel of Grace offers this truly rare dispensational gift…that Adam should come be born again in his spirit by the incorruptible Word of God that lives forever….and therefore come to be partaker of the very life and nature of God! To come to be truly vested with immortality now…and to enter into its fullest manifestation at the second advent of the King!

No! No man should pass this opportunity! It is my prayer that all men come to see truly this light shed forth in the gospels. That all men come to be born again and live up to the fullness of their calling in Christ…that all men awaken to the Word of the Lord that endures forever!

Selah.
